The team will be under the guidance of former Canadian International and college All-American Gaspard Dalexis.
"We are very excited to provide our players with a highly competitive and professional environment while they maintain their amateur status. The Treasure Coast Dynamites intend to train hard, the right way, every day," said Dalexis.
"Therefore, this is a unique opportunity for players to continue
their development during the summer and greatly enhance their chance of success, wherever they might go play after the season. It is also a setting where younger local players can gauge their level and define what they will aim for later on. They will be given the opportunity to train daily with the team"
Dalexis coached three years in the W-League (USL), where he led Laval to a first-place finish in total points, tied with Toronto, in the franchise's second year of existence. He was also the Head Coach of the Haitian Women's National Team, leading the squad to a Gold Cup qualification by winning the 2010 Caribbean Championship in Trinidad and Tobago.
Stuart Duffin, Director of Coaching at Mako Soccer Club, the largest and most dynamic soccer club in the Treasure Coast Region, will also be part of the coaching staff.
After coming up through the Bristol City youth ranks in his native England, Duffin was a four-time All-America East Conference First Team player and the America East Conference Player of the Year in 1997 with Hofstra University in New York. Stuart then played for the New York Freedom in the D3 Pro League before moving to Florida, where he has had success at the youth level with his Mako Girls Team and has built a terrific understanding of the local soccer scene.
