Gaspard played soccer for six years at the professional level. As a member of the Canadian National Team he made a trip to the U-21 World Cup in Japan. At the university level, Gaspard was voted two times All American - 4 yrs team captain and candidate for the Herman trophy given to the best soccer player in all United States universities. Gaspard played in the United States College Soccer Senior Bowls indoor and outdoor. Selected four times All New England and despite playing mostly central defense, he finished top ten scorers in school history at Plymouth State University by the time he graduated.
Coaching experience includes Head Coach General Manager of Laval Dynamites in the W-League. It was then the first women semi-professional soccer team in Canada history. Among other experience, he represented professional players in various professional leagues, served as a Diaspora recruiter for both men and women Haitian National teams and Head national Women's Soccer Coach of Haiti. Under his leadership, Haiti has won a berth to the Goal Cup 2010 by winning the Caribbean's phase.
Gaspard holds Bachelor degrees in Business Management, Marketing and Sports Management.
